Wieke Piqué is a Senior Payroll Consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in national and international payroll administration. As founder of Piqué Payroll Consultancy, he helps small and medium-sized businesses and multinationals with complete payroll peace of mind, from day-to-day payroll processing to complex challenges such as shadow payroll, 30% ruling and WKR optimization.
His approach is structured, pragmatic and always client-focused. He combines deep system expertise (SAP, AFAS, ADP) with a sharp eye for compliance and process improvement.
Previously, Wieke worked as Senior Manager Global Payroll at Booking.com, where he was responsible for the global rollout of a new payroll operating model for 14,000+ employees across 87 countries. He then founded Piqué Payroll Consultancy to make that expertise available to organisations facing complex payroll challenges.
